Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: All orders across Pakistan are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) Monday through Saturday are processed the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Delivery: We offer Free Home Delivery on select items and eligible promotional orders.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Flat shipping rates apply at checkout for standard orders.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp with your tracking details.

  • You can track your shipment status anytime using the courier link provided in your shipping notification.

Delivery Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery: Available nationwide for all smartwatches, classic timepieces, apparel, and electronic gadgets.

  • Receiving Your Package: Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate at checkout. The courier will contact you via phone/WhatsApp (+92 322 1392770) prior to delivery.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments
